Arbeidsoppgaver

What will you be working with?

As a Booking and Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and allocating resources to ensure the best possible experience both for our guests and our guides. In this role, you will be:

  • in charge of assigning guides to tours
  • preparing for our day-to-day activities
  • tracking statistics and analysing these for predictions and planning
  • managing and keeping overviews of our logistical resources (accommodation, transportation, equipment, uniforms, etc.)
  • communicating with our clients to ensure customer satisfaction as well as efficient use of available resources
  • communicating with our guides to plan their season and day-to-day assignments
  • taking part in the rotation for the duty phone during the main season
  • supporting the team with other relevant administrative tasks
  • joining the operations to support or quality control

This position varies in intensity, from main season to off-season and from day to day. At times, it can be challenging with many requests that must be sorted and prioritized, while at other times the intensity is low which compensates for the intense times and allows for planning and maintenance. There is a high degree of flexibility and the ability to shape your schedule with the possibility of working from home as well.

In this role, you are expected to work independently and take ownership of the tasks and your results. Taking the initiative to see existing problems and suggest solutions is highly appreciated.
