Team Lead Electro

In this role, you will take on personnel responsibility, manage and coordinate projects, and ensure successful project execution by allocating appropriate resources and skills. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to maintain financial oversight and cost control for projects. You will also serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing technical support both internally and externally. The Team Lead will work closely with the sales and leadership teams to contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Personnel Management

• Oversee the performance and development of the operational team.

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members.

• Conduct performance reviews and support career growth within the team.

Project and Resource Management:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all phases of projects, from initiation through completion, ensuring that project goals are achieved on time and within scope.

• Work with cross-functional teams and other departments to allocate resources effectively and ensure seamless project execution.

• Ensure workload balance across the team to maximize efficiency and productivity.

• Continuously monitor project progress and deliver clear, timely updates to all stakeholders.

• Assess project requirements and allocate team members with the necessary skills and competencies.

• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with company goals.

• Oversee the invoicing process, coordinating with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely billing.

• Review and manage project contracts, terms, and any necessary adjustments to protect company interests and meet client expectations.

Customer Interaction and Technical Support:

• Attend customer meetings to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress.

• Deliver technical support and expertise to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and the team.

Other responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress, assist in identification of potential risks, and with implementation of corrective actions as needed.

• Relate to the project financials and support that they are delivered within budget.

• Actively participate in the company's business development, sales efforts and strategic decision-making.

• Work with leadership to assess and adjust project management best practices, adapting new tools and methodologies as needed.

• Identify and explore new opportunities for growth within the department, including potential new services, markets, or customers.

• Proactively seek collaboration opportunities with other business segments within the company to generate cross-segment synergies and new revenue streams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally within an operational or technical team.

• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.

• Solid technical background and ability to provide hands-on technical support.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budget management, and customer relationship management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to the company’s long-term vision.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive results, and manage change.

• Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering technical solutions.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
