About the Team

You will be joining a close-knit and collaborative Strategic Finance team that plays a key role in providing insights and analysis to support the CFO, C-suite, and Board of Directors.The team work mostly from the office being on-site nearly every day.

You can expect a fast-paced environment where you'll have direct exposure to key decision-makers and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the company's financial strategy.

This role reports to Senior Manager Strategic Finance.  

About the Role

As a Strategic Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. You will take ownership of financial models and processes, allowing senior team members to focus on high-level strategic initiatives. This role offers a mix of structured responsibilities and ad-hoc analytical projects, giving you a unique opportunity to develop expertise in financial strategy, business advisory, and process improvement. Over time, you will have the opportunity to grow into a senior position within the team, taking on increased responsibilities and leadership within the department.  

Your responsibilities may include:

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting – Develop and maintain robust financial models to support both short-term and long-term forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making.

• Reporting & Variance Analysis – Prepare reports on profitability, margins, cash flow, and other key financial metrics, conducting variance analysis to identify key drivers behind deviations.

• Data Management & Accuracy – Ensure timely collection and integration of updated financial inputs into models while maintaining high data quality and consistency across financial systems.

• Business Advisory & Decision Support – Provide financial insights that support investment decisions, scenario planning, and executive decision-making. Assist in preparing presentations for senior executives, including the CFO, C-suite, and Board of Directors.

• Process Improvement & Automation – Establish automated data pipelines to improve efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and enhance data accuracy, continuously seeking process improvements and efficiency gains in financial reporting and modeling.  

We are looking for the following experience:

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Solid understanding of budgets, cost structures, and financial statements.

• Experience with FP&A, business case development, and strategic finance.

• Advanced skills in Excel and the Google Suite for data structuring and analysis.

• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments such as consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance roles
