Join Our Team as a Senior Underwriter!
TF Bank is seeking a senior underwriter for its credit card department. The person we are looking for is structured, responsible, and thrives is a busy work environment. The candidate must be able to work both independently and in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing credit card applications, including assessing applications to determine creditworthiness and risk
- Contributing to the development and implementation of guidelines and procedures for credit card processing, ensuring that the guidelines comply with current laws and regulations
- Updating and improving existing guidelines based on changes in regulations and market trends
- Working closely with other departments on projects
- Identifying areas for improvement in credit card processes
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking and finance, preferably in the credit card market
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or a related field
- Strong understanding of the credit card market
- Experience in developing and implementing successful business strategies
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
