If you're driven to contribute to a platform that serves as a foundation for innovation within the Altinn Ecosystem, your expertise and vision are what we need. Apply today to be part of our mission to enhance and expand digital public services in Norway.

Your primary focus will be the Altinn Ecosystem, including Altinn Studio, Altinn Apps, Access Management and Control, data.altinn.no and much more. These teams are at the forefront of self-service development, access strategies, and real-time data sharing, providing a rich canvas for your skills.

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Lead and contribute to our internal platform, aiming to enhance the developer experience, reduce operational toil, and improve system reliability and observability.
  • Collaborate with developers, internal users, and product owners, designing systems and capabilities that optimize the development and deployment process, ensuring our services meet the highest standards of reliability and user satisfaction.
  • You will provide essential support to platform users, treating the platform itself as a product to maximize its utility and adoption, while actively collaborating with your team to address challenges, conceptualize designs, and craft innovative solutions.

Why join us?

At Digdir we are dedicated to enhancing and expanding the Altinn Ecosystem, a cornerstone of digital public services in Norway. • Our culture is built on innovation, collaboration, and a shared commitment to excellence. We prioritize your growth and learning, offering opportunities for mentorship and professional development.
  • By joining us, you become part of a team dedicated to making a difference in the way digital services are experienced, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and user satisfaction.

We are seeking someone with:

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows and enhance automation.
  • The ability to manage high-transaction environments, decompose services for optimal performance, and guide teams in rolling out new services efficiently.

Bonus skills but not mandatory:

  • A security first approach: Prioritizing security with experience in protocols, threat models, and secure coding to safeguard platform integrity.
