Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of our data infrastructure. In this role, you will work with large, highly available data sets that support the experiences of hundreds of millions of users worldwide. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing data processes, driving data quality, and enabling data-driven decision-making across our organization.

Project Objectives:

• 
  Define IAM Data Schema:
  – Design efficient, scalable data schemas for the IAM domain by analyzing current systems, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.

  Establish Data Governance:
  – Set data management roles, quality metrics, and ensure compliance with policies. Document best practices for IAM data modeling.

  Collaborate on Event Instrumentation:
  – Partner with engineering teams to establish requirements for accurate data tracking and instrumentation.

  Lead Project Execution:
  – Plan and manage project phases, ensuring tasks are completed on time and objectives are met.

  Requirements:

  – 5+ years of data product development (Python, SQL).
  – Experience translating analytics goals into production-ready datasets.
  – Skilled in ETL processes, DAGs, and DBT.
  – Strong data modeling and storage expertise.
  – Proficient in SQL and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake); GCP experience is a plus.
  – Effective communicator who mentors and collaborates across teams.
  – Able to work independently and handle ambiguity.
  – Committed to improving data quality through testing and performance monitoring.
