Seasonal Worker – Cook with Experience in Indian, Tandoori, and Café-Style Cuisine

Job Period: 1. April 2025 — 30. September 2025

We are looking for an experienced cook for our golf club for the summer season of 2025! You should have solid experience in North and South Indian cuisine, as well as expertise in tandoori dishes. We are seeking someone who can contribute to our varied menu, including café food such as wraps, sandwiches, and smoothies.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare North and South Indian dishes, specializing in tandoori cuisine

• Make café food like wraps, sandwiches, smoothies, and Indian snacks

• Manage the kitchen, including inventory, hygiene, and daily routines

• Take orders, cook, and occasionally serve guests

• Follow guidelines for food preparation and serving

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in North and South Indian cuisine, particularly tandoori dishes

• Experience with Indian snacks and small dishes

• Background in catering and customer service

• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

• Experience managing kitchen inventory and maintaining high hygiene standards
