Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team in Norway. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing the John Henric brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and attentive service to all customers, assisting them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with customers and effective product knowledge.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized store environment, including merchandising and replenishing stock as needed.
  • Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Actively participate in store initiatives and promotions to drive traffic and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish/Norwegian is preferred.
