Restaurant manager
We’re looking for a restaurant manager who’s ready to take the lead at Txaba. You enjoy responsibility, love working with people, and know how to create great experiences for both guests and staff.
Txaba offers a broad selection of classic tapas along with new, exciting flavors. The wine list is one of the best in town, and the atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and full of life. This is where people come to enjoy food, stay a little longer, and feel at home.
As restaurant manager, you’ll work closely with the general manager and lead the front-of-house team day to day. Your job is to keep things running smoothly – and to help us keep getting better.

Your main tasks:

Lead and support the front-of-house team

Create work schedules and manage bookings

Handle daily routines, closing reports and financial follow-up

Ensure safety and hygiene standards are met

Collaborate with the kitchen, bar and management
We’re looking for someone who:

Is organized, reliable and self-driven

Has experience in restaurants, ideally with leadership responsibility

Likes working with people and brings good energy

Knows food and wine

Speaks fluent Norwegian or English
