Restaurant manager
As a restaurant manager at OHMA, you will play a central role in the ongoing development of the restaurant. You will have significant responsibility, and we expect you to create exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service. Key responsibilities include:

Creating and managing staff schedules and handling bookings
-
Motivating employees and facilitating their professional growth

Ensuring that service and guest experiences align with OHMA’s concept

Managing closing accounts and performing financial controls
-
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, alcohol regulations, and fire safety protocols

Developing, revising, and maintaining operational routines
-
Overseeing IT systems, including POS programming and updates
-
Being a strong and clear leader with loyalty to company management
Requirements:
