Kverneriet is now looking for an experienced leader to join the team and lead from the front. Our leaders are proactive, love training their team and always hold themselves to the highest standards. If you see yourself the same way then we would love to hear from you.
What our Restaurant Managers do…
- Learn and develop ourselves so we know our profession.
- Lead from the front during service, focusing on coaching our team and controlling the day.
- Be organised and structured in our management duties.
- Be proactive in our role, planning, strategising and problem-solving.
- Work together with the Front and Back of House Managers to improve our KPI's
- Create a stable, happy and fulfilling workplace for our team.
- Raise our standards and hold everyone to these at all times.

- Have experience in developing people to their potential.
