JOB OFFER FOR PLATERS/FITTERS

• Plater (hull fitter) is engaged in the assembly of steel structures, mainly ship hulls, but also other large structures, such as oil rigs.
• Required experience min. 2 years, preferably from a shipyard in hull assembly.

Responsibilities:
-reading technical drawings
-adjusting sheet metal and steel profiles
-assembling of structures- tacking
-quality control- grinding and cleaning of joints
-operating tools, e.g. acetylene torch, bending

We do not require any certificates or authorizations.
Welding skills using 136/111 method are welcome.
