Receptionist – Hattvika Lodge – Lofoten
HATTVIKA LODGE is the pioneering and leading basecamp for active guests in the LOFOTEN region, and we are looking to host 13.000 guest-nights in 2025. To strengthen our team and take our guest experience to the next level, we are now searching for a RECEPTIONIST . The new RECEPTIONIST will manage the arrivals, departures and collaborate with the dedicated restaurant team, housekeepers and guides.
We are looking for an experienced and «hungry» candidate to join our dynamic team. We are searching for a passionate person with experience from high quality hotels or restaurants. Our new RECEPTIONIST should be productive in idea thinking and have a positive outlook on life and team building. You will be part of a strong team, and you will report to the Hotel Manager.
We require:

Excellent communication skills in the English language (Nordic language, in addition, is a pre) and at least one more (German, Spanish, French)

Previous experience in reception/ Front of house or high-end hotels/ restaurants

Multitasking skill set

Out-of-the-box thinking mindset for the best guest experience
