Quality Manager

As responsible for Quality Management in Vard Electro the Quality Manager is the system administrator for VMS (Vard Management System) and Synergi Life and has the authority to implement activities in the organization, in cooperation with the management team, to achieve goals set for quality in Vard Electro Norway.

So – what are your skills? 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Work actively to increase awareness regarding Quality matters in Vard Electro Group. Be a champion for Quality
  • Support Vard Electro Subsidiaries in developing Quality Management Systems aligned with the group
  • Develop and improve the Quality Management System in line with requirements in the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
  • Follow up NCs and suggested improvements in the Synergi Life tool in cooperation with Process Owners
  • Internal and external audits 
  • Periodic Quality reporting 
  • Training related to Quality Management, Audits and Synergi Life
  • Coordinate Improvement Projects

Qualifications

  • Relevant higher education or other relevant experience
  • Knowledge and experience related to the company's ISO certificates
  • Experience from working in a corporate structure
