So – what are your skills?
Duties and responsibilities
- Purchasing within defined schedule and budget.
- Negotiate contractual Terms & Conditions, frame agreements, price lists.
- Support to bid, collecting offers during the pre-contractual phase when applicable.
- Monitor market trends, analysis of the expected volumes and possible commercial agreements.
- Establish and keep relations with suppliers.
- Support with cost analysis and price evaluation, keeping cost KPIs databases updated (where applicable).
- Update ERP system, supplier information, delivery lead times and prices.
- Authorization of invoices according to routines in department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master's degree graduate
- Preferably higher education within procurement, logistics, technical or financial. Relevant experience can replace the education requirement.
- Preferably experience in managing Suppliers and/or customers.
- Preferably experience with ERP systems.
