In the role as Project Coordinator you will be part of our Project Management and Sales Support team, and responsible for Project Coordination tasks which secures efficient deliveries of our projects.

Responsibilities

· Deliver administrative tasks for the project management team to keep projects and deliveries running according to contractual scope.

· Collaborate with purchasing department to monitor and set item cost and sales prices.

· Maintain ERP data and handle various contractual document requirements such as material declarations and other product related documents.

· Secure the right level of data quality, work with configurations and deliver correct and timely inputs to production planning and logistics.

· Work closely with all departments to ensure our configurations and items are correct and up to date.

· Proactively identify and initiate improvement opportunities for Project activities and Product configurations.

Qualifications And Experience

· Relevant administrative or technical education. Work experience can compensate for a formal degree.

· Good system knowledge in ERP, PLM (Teamcenter), or SLM systems is an advantage.

· Write and speak English fluently.

· Project, Product or Maritime experience is considered an advantage.
