LEAD BARTENDER, GRUVA

Assists in training and leading our team of bartenders, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.

Completes and delegates daily operations of the bar, collaborating and working closely with other department leads ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Provides exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly as well as leading and motivating a team of skilled bartenders.

Maintains inventory and manages ordering of bar supplies and ingredients as required.

Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails with precision and creativity in a very busy environment with the ability to manage many guests at the same time.

Presents menus and provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily recommendations and wine pairings.

Serves food and beverages with precision and elegance.

Ensures guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns promptly.

Maintains a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Assists guests with wine selections and other beverage recommendations.

Maintains cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.

Collaborates with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure seamless service.
