Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tandoori Chefs to join our team at [Restaurant Name], a premium establishment specializing in authentic Indian cuisine. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience working with Tandoori and traditional Indian cooking methods, especially North Indian, South Indian, and Awadhi cuisines.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, with a focus on Tandoori and traditional Indian flavors.

Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen safety.

Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet the restaurant's high standards.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and improve the menu.

Oversee the kitchen operations during service and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:

Completed education or degree from a recognized university or college, such as a 3-year Hotel Management degree.

At least 7 years of relevant professional education and/or work experience in Indian cuisine, particularly in Tandoori cooking and related culinary techniques.

Experience in preparing North Indian, South Indian, and Awadhi cuisine.

At least half of your practical experience must have been gained working in a restaurant or hotel of a high standard.

Strong knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and spices, especially in Tandoori cooking.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
Preferred Skills:

Previous experience working in international or upscale restaurants is an advantage.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
