As a Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, training, and developing employees
  • Personnel and financial responsibilities
  • Daily operations of the restaurant
  • Contributing both operationally and administratively
  • Putting the restaurant on the local map – ensuring Kompis becomes a well-known and attractive brand

It’s an advantage if you:

  • Have kitchen experience, with or without a chef's certificate
  • Have solid knowledge of food safety regulations and workplace health and safety standards
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment
  • Have experience from a similar business
