Your Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

  • Maintain & Repair: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment like pumps, motors, conveyors, and other machinery.
  • Operate with Precision: Use standard maintenance tools (power tools, precision tools, preventative maintenance technology) to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Support Operations: Step into a process operator role during high-demand periods or staffing gaps to keep production running seamlessly.
  • Ensure Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety policies and keep detailed maintenance records and logs.
  • Adapt & Contribute: Operate mobile-powered equipment and take on other tasks as needed.

 

What We’re Looking For: Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with trade certification (fagprøve) or a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Proven mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian or English.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing operations.
