Head of Marketing at Findable

Are you a strategic marketing leader with a proven track record of driving growth in fast-paced environments?

Findable is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our growing marketing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining and executing our marketing strategy, ensuring that our message resonates with the right audience and supports company growth. With a team of 2 to start, this role will focus on building our brand, driving demand, and optimizing product marketing efforts. As we scale, you’ll also be responsible for expanding the team and ensuring that Findable’s marketing stays ahead in a competitive market.

The Role
As the Head of Marketing at Findable, you’ll be responsible for leading all aspects of our marketing efforts. From brand building to demand generation and product marketing, you’ll set the strategic direction and ensure the marketing team is driving measurable results. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to align marketing goals with company objectives, while growing and mentoring a team of talented marketers from our offices in either Oslo or London.

What we’re looking for:

Experienced Leadership
You bring significant experience in leading marketing teams at fast-growing companies, ideally in the SaaS or tech space. You understand the challenges of scaling marketing efforts and have a track record of successfully driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Data-Driven & Results-Oriented
We’re looking for someone who is analytical and results-focused. You should have experience designing and executing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes and be comfortable using data to optimize performance.

Growth Mindset
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can take initiative and make a tangible impact. You know how to grow and mentor a team, while also rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in the day-to-day work when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and product marketing.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, with a focus on developing talent and fostering collaboration.
  • Demand Generation: Drive demand for Findable’s products through targeted campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our key audiences.
  • Brand Building: Establish and grow Findable’s brand presence in the market, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Product Marketing: Develop product marketing strategies that highlight our value proposition and differentiate Findable from competitors.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Set, track, and analyze key performance metrics, using data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or tech companies.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing teams and delivering measurable growth.
  • Strong experience in demand generation, product marketing, and brand building.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Work Environment
This role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, allowing you to work both remotely and from our offices in either Oslo or London. As the Head of Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and lead the marketing function at a rapidly growing company, making a direct impact on our success.
