We are looking for a candidate who:

- Works well with the Restaurant Manager and leadership team

- Exhibits proactive communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and present delicious dishes with meticulous attention to detail
- Develop schedules and coordinate staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Oversee team performance, provide training opportunities, and promote a positive work culture
- Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene protocols
- Analyze department performance, develop action plans, and collaborate with the management team on concept and product development
- Budget setting and financial reporting
