• Someone with experience in cooking or food service (e.g., food truck, restaurant, or catering) but also open to learning and adapting to new food prep techniques. (Preferred but not required)

1. Adventurous and Open to Travel

• A self-motivated individual who enjoys exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and doesn't mind being on the road for extended periods.

• Someone who finds joy in seeing the country, embracing the variety of locations and people they'll encounter at different festivals and events.

• Must be reliable and willing to pitch in where needed—whether that's in the kitchen, behind the counter, or driving the truck.

1. Able to Handle the Physical Demands

• The role can be physically demanding, requiring long hours on your feet, lifting heavy supplies, and managing the busy rhythm of a food truck at festivals.

• Comfortable with the physical and logistical challenges of driving the food truck, including navigating through different environments and dealing with weather conditions.

1. Flexible and Independent

• Someone who thrives on flexibility and can adapt to changing schedules, locations, and conditions that come with working at festivals.

• Capable of working independently while still being part of a larger team, especially when traveling to different locations.

1. Valid Driver's License (BE + C Preferred)

• Ideally, the candidate would have a valid driver's license to operate the food truck. A Commercial Driver's License (BE + C) would be a big plus, as the job requires driving the truck from festival to festival.

1. Experience with Festivals or Events (Preferred but not required)

• Previous experience working at festivals, events, or on a food truck is a plus. However, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for the job can be just as important as experience.
