As the Finance Controller, you will oversee all financial management activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance while driving strategic financial planning. You will also be responsible for managing and developing the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Responsibilities 

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve project performance
• Secure financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting 
• Recruit, train, and mentor finance staff, conducting performance evaluations and fostering professional development 
• Monitor and control project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts 
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans 
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve project performance 

Qualifications and experience 

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills 
• Strong knowledge of project management and financial principles 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with a high level of accuracy
