Executive Assistant to Group Executive Management

About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be an essential part of our CEO Office, ensuring the efficiency and success of our business operations. You will provide administrative support to assigned GEM members, handling tasks that streamline their daily work, meeting schedules, and travel plans. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization, contributing to a professional and well-structured executive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, meetings, and email correspondence for assigned executives.

Handle travel arrangements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Process expense reports and administrative tasks efficiently.

Organize meeting logistics, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.

Maintain and structure Teams sites and documents.

Collaborate with key stakeholders on planning, events, and projects.

Ensure smooth administrative operations and proactively anticipate needs.
Who You Are
We are looking for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a structured manner. The ideal candidate is:

Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

A strong communicator, with excellent English skills (written and verbal).

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but relevant experience can compensate.

Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 / Office Suite.

Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain structure.

Experience working in an international, matrix organization is an advantage.
