Executive Assistant – CEO Office

VARD Group is looking for an Executive Assistant to our CEO Office. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key partner to the CEO, Chairman and other executives in managing day-to-day operations, strategic priorities, and the seamless execution of business activities across multiple regions. This role will be responsible for handling confidential and sensitive information, coordinating communication across departments and external stakeholders, and supporting key decision-making processes.

The Executive Assistant will act as a liaison between the CEO Office and internal teams, clients, partners, and board members. This position requires a proactive, highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced, global environment.

So – what are your skills? 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and manage the CEO office activity
  • Organize internal meetings and information flow between CEO and Management
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations and communications
  • Schedule and coordinate business events with external visitors and customers
  • Support the Chairman and the CEO in facilitating and coordinating the Board of Director meetings
  • Other general administrations tasks

Qualifications

  • Higher education within Management and Business Administration, or other relevant education
  • Relevant work experience may compensate the requirement for higher education
  • Good office program skills (especially Powerpoint and Excel)
  • Commercial and international experience and understanding
  • Fluent English and Norwegian language skills
  • Italian language skills is an advantage but not a requirement
