Do you have experience with filleting of fish?
We are looking for personnel who ideally have some experience with filleting of fish. On the production line you have to be skilled with knife to produce fillets of the highest quality. Norwegian seafood industry's mission is to bring sustainable and high-end seafood products to consumers all over the world.
Factories have the most modern technology and a high degree of automation, but adjustments with knife is sometimes necessary. Here you will join a dynamic international team at production sites in or near city of Oslo or near Oslo airport or Kongsvinger. Join our vision of creating a green world and a blue sea.

What you will do
- Manual de-heading
- Filleting & trimming of fish
- Pin boning
- Oversee quality of automated processes
- Comply with food safety rules on the production line
- Other tasks, warehouse and terminal
What is on your CV & who are you
- Relevant experience, minimum six months experience with filleting of fish, specify what kind if fish you have experience with
- Long experience at seafood/Sushi restaurants, this can compensate if no experience with filleting of fish
- Alternatively you have very good production experience from food industry in general.
- Trucklisence T1-T4 is an advantage.
- Warehouse experience from the fish industy is an advantage.
- You have a 'Yes can do' attitude and production mindset
- You have a good understanding of health, safety and hygiene seafood
- Basic English and/or Norwegian skills
- You are eligible to work in Norway today
