Digital Marketing Specialist

Zenitel, a global leader in critical communication solutions, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team within Safety and security business unit.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute all digital marketing campaigns across Zenitel's channels to raise brand awareness

• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Drive growth and engagement across social media platforms by creating engaging and relevant content

• Repurposing content to fit the publishing media, web or social media

• Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to optimize website copy, increasing traffic

• Manage SEO efforts and continuously monitor search rankings

• Collaborate with internal teams to publish compelling content, create landing pages, and optimize user experience across our digital channels, including the website

• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and explore new channels or strategies to maintain a competitive edge

• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to enhance campaign effectiveness

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Relevant formal higher education (e.g. BSc in management, marketing, IT), and approximately 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing

• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, marketing automation software, Content Management Systems, and email marketing software.

• Proven expertise in managing Google Ads and social media (LinkedIn) advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing best practices

• Experience with AI marketing tools to enhance campaign efficiency and personalization is an advantage

• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva for creating engaging visual content

• Excellent command over English
