Customer Service Agent with Swedish

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join a dynamic customer service team. In this role, you'll have the chance to work with a diverse group of clients, using your language abilities to support and engage with customers from all over the world.
Location: Riga
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound phone calls, providing effective resolutions to end users.
- Accurately record case resolutions in the contact center system, documenting client communications via phone, email, chat, etc.
- Ensure timely resolution of cases within the established case life cycle, adhering to individual performance metrics.
- Escalate urgent issues to the immediate lead as per client specifications.
- Work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining clear communication with internal and external contacts.
- Strive for exemplary customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Attend required training sessions to stay updated and improve skills.
Preferred Competencies:
- Computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
- Fluent in Swedish and very good English
- Exhibits an optimistic, friendly, and self-motivated demeanor.
- Focused on delivering excellent service and adept at problem-solving.
- Willing to work shift hours or part-time (within legal limits) and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
