Customer Experience Specialist
Are you motivated to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize the process for suppler portal handling? We are looking for a new Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.
Spares & Services Sales is a part of the Global Customer Support (GCS) division at Kongsberg Maritime. We deliver customer support activities to vessel owners based and/or operating worldwide. The discrete product areas we support are Dynamic Positioning, Navigation, Thruster Control and Automation.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you have commercial expertise and a structured way of working that will contribute to an efficient handling of Kongsberg Maritimes supplier portals. You will ensure a common structure, establish a roadmap for future improvements and meet customer expectations for performance.
What you will be doing
- Global Overview and Optimization: Enhance the structure of the supplier portal used by KM worldwide
- Process Optimization: Continuously improving and streamlining portal processes to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative tasks
- Data Analysis: Analyzing supplier performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings
- Customer Needs and Performance: Ensure customer requirements are met and KM performance targets are achieved
- Training and Execution: Ensure organization is properly trained and execute portal handling in a harmonized way
- Work on supplier portals Improvements and integrations
- Travel as required
We think you should have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- Systematic and structured approach to work and ability to handle several activities simultaneously
- Commercial mindset and able to build a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilize it to achieve set goals
- Proactive mindset, accepting responsibility and collaborate well with others
- Experience is business tools as ERP and CRM systems
