CRM Marketing Specialist

Oda is a company on the move. We built Norway’s leading online grocery store and now we want to share what we’ve created with the world! Delivering a broad assortment of high-quality and affordable low-price groceries to thousands of doorsteps is a complex process, but we believe we’ve cracked the code. Using data-driven methodology, with a focus on sustainability all the way along the chain, we are creating the most efficient retail system in the world.

We’re looking for a data-driven CRM Marketing Specialist to join Oda for a temporary position! In this role, you’ll be part of a passionate Growth team for a year, focused on building a world-class brand that engages and excites our customers. As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing campaigns, optimizing customer engagement, and driving results across various marketing channels. 🚀

This temporary position runs from January 2025 to the end of January 2026, and requires that you are based in Oslo during this period. 

What you’ll do as CRM Marketing Specialist with us

  • Manage sales activation campaigns for B2C and B2B customers at Oda and Mathem, using channels like email, SMS, app push, in-app, and direct mail. 

  • Identify customer segments and develop CRM communication plans to boost relevance, drive engagement, and improve retention and reactivation.

  • Build and optimize campaigns in Iterable with A/B testing and data-driven insights, while analyzing performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities for Oda and Mathem.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create scalable content across markets and digital channels, while monitoring CRM campaign budgets and costs.

  • Work with the Brand team to maintain newsletter templates and automated customer journeys, while setting up a testing framework to improve communication and customer engagement.

The following will probably be helpful 💡

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Have proven experience with CRM and marketing channels (email, SMS, app-push, in-app).

  • Have a strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

  • Have experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and campaigns.

  • Have experience in customer behavior analysis and data-driven marketing.

  • Are fluent in English and Norwegian/Swedish.
