At Greenor, we’re building the simplest adventure platform to inspire people to discover and book adventures in Norway and the Balkans.
As a growing startup, we’re looking for a dynamic individual who can combine growth hacking strategies with content creation to drive visibility and engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Growth Hacking:

Develop and Implement Growth Strategies:

Create innovative marketing campaigns to drive traffic, user engagement, and conversions.

Experiment with growth tactics such as referral programs, contests, and giveaways.

Data-Driven Optimization:

Analyze user data and campaign metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Run A/B tests to optimize campaigns and refine strategies.

Social Media Marketing:

Manage Greenor’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Use performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to run paid campaigns.

SEO and Website Optimization:

Optimize the platform for organic traffic growth.

Create keyword-rich content to improve Greenor’s ranking for adventure-related searches.

Partnership Growth:

Collaborate with adventure suppliers to co-create marketing campaigns and promotions.

Develop strategies to attract new suppliers and build Greenor’s offerings.

Content Creation:

Video and Visual Content:

Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Collaborate with creators to produce adventure-focused content that showcases the unique experiences Greenor offers.

Craft compelling narratives around Greenor’s mission, featured adventures, and customer stories.

Develop blog posts, articles, and newsletters to inspire and engage audiences.

User-Generated Content (UGC):

Encourage customers and suppliers to share their experiences via photos, videos, and testimonials.

Curate and highlight UGC across Greenor’s channels.

Design and execute creative campaigns like “100 Adventures in 100 Days” or “Share Your Greenor Story.”
