Chef, Heart Hotels
We are looking for chefs to our hotels in the Austrian mountains.

The position as a chef for Heart Hotels is for you if you are an experienced and seasoned chef who would like to try something new, combining your education and passion for the service industry with world-class skiing in Austria for a season. We are seeking chefs for our hotels Hotel Himmelberg and Hotel Aurora.
In your role as a chef, you, along with your colleagues at the hotel, are responsible for ensuring that our guests have a fantastic restaurant and dining experience. In return, we promise you an experience of a lifetime with professional challenges, social interaction, and skiing.

Your Profile
- You can work conceptually, where the menu is given in advance.
- You have an overview and can work independently, always with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- You are a team player who takes responsibility for your own and others' tasks.
- You understand good service and are willing to serve and present food to guests.
- You are accustomed to working with colleagues who need to be trained and instructed on how tasks are efficiently and effectively carried out.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast and a 3-course dinner menu.
- Collaborate with your kitchen chef to take responsibility for kitchen assistants, including structuring and streamlining their work and ensuring they are well-trained.
- Prepare staff meals with an emphasis on being healthy, nourishing, and varied.
- Ensure that all individuals handling food on the hotel premises work hygienically and safely.
- Ensure that self-control is carried out and documented in accordance with Austrian legislation.
- Daily cleaning and weekly deep cleaning of the kitchen.
- Create a positive, service-oriented, and adaptable work environment between the restaurant and the kitchen.
Concept Hotels
On our hotels, a large breakfast buffet and a 3-course menu are served every day. The dinner menu reflects the fact that a significant portion of our kitchen staff and guests are Danish. The menu is set for the entire season, requiring careful planning.
