We’re looking for a Campaign Delivery Manager—the key connector between our technical producers, sales team, and clients.

This role is all about ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish, whether it’s troubleshooting tracking issues, managing campaign materials, or keeping everyone informed and aligned.

About the role

As a Campaign Delivery Manager at SeenThis, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination between clients, the sales team, and our technical producers. This role is essential to keeping our campaign processes running seamlessly, from initial order handling to final execution. You will act as the driving force behind campaign management, ensuring all materials, information, and feedback are in place to deliver high-quality results.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Order management: Create and manage campaign orders for clients/agencies in CRM, Videodrop and Imagedrop systems, including editing order numbers and invoice details when necessary

  • Tracking and troubleshooting: Assist with tracking setup, check and troubleshoot tracking issues, and ensure everything is functioning correctly.

  • Material handling: Organize and manage incoming emails and campaign materials, ensuring all assets are properly logged and accounted for.

  • Communication and follow-ups: Send reminders for missing assets, download and organize materials, and flag the need for additional information when required.

  • Mockup creation and design: Create and design mockups to support campaign planning and approvals.

  • Feedback loops: Collaborate with the AdOps team to facilitate feedback rounds and ensure campaign production is on track.

  • Pipeline management: Drive the campaign pipeline forward by proactively chasing assets, securing booking details, and seeking answers to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Sales support: Keep the sales team informed about booking details, material requirements, and campaign updates to maintain transparency and alignment.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and internal teams.

  • A detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in managing campaign materials and tracking details.

  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions independently.

  • Experience in coordinating or managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or ad operations.

  • Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English

Good to have:
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign management tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).

  • An understanding of tracking and analytics technologies used in digital campaigns.

  • Basic design skills (e.g., creating mockups) or familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

  • Experience working in a growing or rapidly evolving organization, where adaptability is key.

  • Knowledge of the media or advertising industry.
