Olivia was founded out of a genuine love for Italy and Italian cuisine, with a focus on authentic ingredients and the joy of sharing a meal with friends and family. For 19 years, we have been creating enjoyable dining experiences for our guests, and good experiences for our employees.
Olivia is a restaurant group that serves authentic Italian food. We use the best ingredients from small, family-run producers in Italy. Our restaurants are inspired by our favorite Italian cities, and they will make you feel like you're in Italy. We have restaurants in all the major cities in Norway, as well as in Gothenburg and Stockholm in Sweden, and in Helsinki in Finland.

- At least two years of experience in a professional Italian restaurant or pizzeria with high volume
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
