Academy and Marketing Content Lead

Are you passionate about education, and creating and developing high-quality training content? We are now looking for a confident and engaged Academy and Marketing Content Lead to our business unit Safety & Security. As Academy and Marketing Content Lead, you will be responsible for delivering instructional design and intuitive content on Zenitel's Learning management platform as well as actively participate in general marketing activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop high quality educational content for the LMS platform, ensuring alignment with learning objectives

• Conduct thorough reviews of all content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to Zenitel's brand guidelines

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs, develop learning outcomes, and design engaging curriculum materials

• Establish workflows for content creation and Academy content development in general

• Support the delivery of training alongside the other Academy trainers in the field

• Providing regular reports to management on training enrolment activities

• Supplier management towards our academy tools

• Working closely with the company's marketing team and contribute to online marketing strategies

• Content generation for marketing activities focused on product and segment launches

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Relevant formal higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) and minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Experience in using Articulate 360 and Adobe Photoshop

• Documented experience in instructional design and intuitive content creation, with a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences

• Excellent writing and editing skills

• Excellent command over English

You keep close attention to detail and have the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Good level of technical understanding of security solutions and be able to articulate needs and benefits for different stakeholders. Preferably, you have experience from B2B multi-tier environment, and have worked with multi-disciplinary team such as sales, product management and product marketing.
