We are looking for Project Coordinator
Job Description:
- Define and update project schedule with focus on duration and milestone dates
- Coordinate activities between project, workshop, procurement and warehouse in order to ensure progress and delivery on time
- Maintain project forecast and make sure that risk and opportunities are flagged for stakeholders
- Secure inventory accuracy of equipment and spare parts
- Evaluate availability and request equipment from customer and rental department
- Plan and initiate transport of operational equipment, spare parts and consumables.
Qualifications:
- Background from planning, logistics or supply chain
- A proactive and structured mind-set
- The ability to support the team and care for people around you, and to work independently
- Great communication skills
Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
