The Store Manager we are looking for;
Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a store manager or restaurant manager is essential to apply.
Any experience in fast-food and/or fast-casual chains is also highly appreciated. Mastering fluent English, both verbally and in writing, is required. Scandinavian language skills are also appreciated, but not a must.
We are looking for a manager that thrives in the company of people. Daily Operations are working with your team both front and back of house. Securing the best quality and experience for our guests.

You will report directly to our Operational Manager and have the support of our Fly Chicken HQ team whenever needed. You are also a part of the Store Manager team, where you share best practice, benchmark key figures, and discuss how to always improve the very best Fly experience in your restaurants in monthly meetings.
The Store Manager salary is fixed and will be based on experience and meet competitive standards.
