We are excited to announce openings for two Waiter positions at Smakeriet Geilo, starting on December 25, 2024 until january 4th. These full-time assignments offer a unique opportunity to be part of our renowned casual dining restaurant that prides itself on delivering a delightful culinary experience.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking passionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidates should have a strong interest in food and beverage, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Creating an unforgettable overall experience for restaurant guests
- Serving food and beverages to our guests
- Ensuring cleanliness and freshness of the restaurant, back areas, and storage
- Leading by example in operations and performing tasks alongside other staff members
- Collaborating with teams to enhance upselling in the department
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a waiter/waitress role or customer service position
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English and Norwegian languages
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings to guide guests through menus effectively
