We are looking for summer interns!

You are now given a great opportunity to fill your summer of 2025 acquiring relevant work experience within your field! TechnipFMC’s summer internships will give you professional and individual development, an opportunity to build networks, and you get to take part in exciting tasks and projects.

Our summer internships will begin in May and last until August 2025. You will be given a department within your field of study. Your work tasks will consist of a variety of your own projects, ongoing tasks to participating in academic discussions in your department.
 

Job Description

TechnipFMC is an international company in the oil and gas industry, with a spoolbase located in Orkanger, Grønøra Industrial Area. We weld oil and gas pipes together into longer lengths (approximately 850 meters) which are laid in the sea by our vessel, Deep Energy. The company has locations all over the world with different tasks, and the spoolbase in Orkanger, Orkland Municipality, is one of a total of four spoolbases for TechnipFMC. The other three are located in the UK, USA, and Brazil.
We have a large industrial area that needs to be maintained and monitored, and adapted according to what happens with the various projects we run. There are many buildings and a lot of equipment that need supervision and maintenance throughout the year.

You are meant for this job if:

We are looking for summer 2025 temporary workers for various tasks in our maintenance team. The work will involve different tasks, providing you with varied workdays while you are with us. Some of the tasks include:

• Maintenance of buildings and equipment, both indoors and outdoors
• Maintenance and cleaning of outdoor and indoor areas
• General tasks based on each applicant's qualifications
• Being part of our maintenance team during your time here
• Sorting and cleaning equipment
• Must turn 16 years old in 2025 and be attending school.
• Motivated to work hard
• Have a desire to contribute and learn new things
