Job Overview

As a Service & Booking Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating guest services, and ensuring seamless communication between guests and our team. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and booking requests via phone, email, and online platforms.

• Manage reservations and coordinate check-ins and check-outs.

• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Provide guests with information about Tobiasbrygga and local attractions.

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer interactions, and service details.

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any booking or service-related issues.

• Assist with administrative tasks related to daily operations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Norwegian and English.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

• Knowledge of Henningsvær and the Lofoten region is a plus.
