Duties and responsibilities
Technical responsibility for Switchgear Products (Switchboard, Shore Connections, Distribution and Protection systems,etc)
- Design and development
- Technical documentation
- Engineering
- Selection of 3rd party suppliers
- Technical support during bid phase
- Delivery of switchgear products, newbuilding and retrofit
- Class Approval and Product Certification
- Technical support for project team
- Commissioning Support
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Experience from Switchboard engineering
- Experience of working within the marine industry
- Knowledge of Maritime power systems
- Good knowledge of both English and Norwegian language
