Security Manager IT
To our client we are looking for a Security Manager IT.
Assignment:
We are looking for a Security Manager IT to play a vital role in advising IT teams on best practices in IT security. The ideal candidate will adopt a proactive approach, demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and successfully manage projects to completion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities to work effectively within diverse teams.
You will work closely with a manager to identify and execute the necessary actions for achieving security compliance. This includes leading the implementation of security compliance frameworks such as NIS2 and assisting the GDPR Officer with resolving IT-related issues and findings. Additionally, the role involves preparing and submitting reports to relevant authorities within required timelines and acting as the point of contact for addressing IT breaches.
Developing practical IT policies that meet compliance requirements, rolling out standardized binding policies and supporting implementation. The role also includes ensuring that partners and suppliers adhere to the organization's policies and compliance standards.
Oversight of supplier and partner compliance with security standards such as TOM, ISO 27001, and NIS2 is a key component. This requires collaboration with the manager and advisors to provide guidance, conducting ongoing analyses, and delivering gap and risk assessments. Clear communication and coordination with various stakeholders are fundamental to the success of this role.
Required Qualifications:

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps methodologies.

Proficiency in software development, IT deployment, and cloud infrastructure, with a preference for Azure environments.

Hands-on experience in information systems operations, systems analysis, or development for two to six years.

Experience in IT security, ranging from two to six years.

A background in Computer Science or a related field.
