Solar energy is growing at a tremendous rate, but reducing early risks and making data driven decisions from the start is increasingly crucial for solar developers. Our innovative software allows solar developers to identify suitable areas of land and analyze the potential power production from the area in a much quicker way than what’s currently available. Our goal is to drastically speed up renewable energy adoption by making it fast and simple to develop solar projects, in order to accelerate what we call the Solar Revolution.

What We’re Looking For

Are you a growth-minded Sales Development Representative who thrives in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to spearhead our US market expansion. You will take ownership of lead generation, schedule introductory meetings and product demos for key decision-makers, and contribute directly to revenue growth. You Will Be Responsible For

  • Drive US Market Expansion: Be the driving force behind Glint Solar's growth in the US, identifying and engaging with potential customers across diverse regions.

  • Full-Cycle Lead Management: Own the sales cycle from lead identification to scheduling meetings, ensuring a seamless transition for prospects.

  • Multi-Channel Prospecting: Utilize a variety of outbound sales motions, including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and potentially in-person meetings, to generate qualified leads.

  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, maintaining accurate data and providing dependable forecasts to support sales strategy.

  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer pain points and effectively communicate how Glint Solar's solutions can address their challenges.

  • Relationship Building: Establish credibility and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the solar industry through a consultative sales approach.

  • Industry Engagement: Represent Glint Solar at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: 1.5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience preferably in the SaaS or renewable energy sector.

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) and sales analytics tools to track progress and optimize performance.

  • Renewable Energy Interest: A genuine interest in renewable energy and a commitment to contributing to a sustainable future.

  • Technical Acumen: Ability to grasp technical concepts and effectively communicate the value proposition of software solutions.

  • Collaborative Mindset: A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and effectively communicates with colleagues across different departments.

  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.

  • Proactive and Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality, taking initiative and contributing to the team's success in a fast-paced environment.
