Sales Associate Norway

* Nofence is a Norwegian scale up who has built the world’s first virtual fencing solution for livestock. Our company is currently expanding internationally and our team in Molde/Trondheim and Oslo is now hiring a new Internal Sales Associate. The right candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and hardworking, preferably with experience from Agriculture or AgTech. In Nofence, everyone is valued and made to feel important. About the role

Your mission will be to follow up on potential and current customers, and ensure they receive exceptional support and guidance on our products. Our approach focuses on building strong customer relationships. Currently we do not engage in outreach sales, so all outbound calls are made through inquiries and follow up calls. We thrive to create good customer relations. This requires that we understand the customers needs and can guide them through how to best utilize our product. We will offer full training in our product, but previous experience of working with farmers or growing up on a farm would be a great advantage.

The main responsibilities for this role will be:

  • Follow up sales inquiries through phone and email

  • Mapping needs and guiding customers

  • Create good customer experiences

  • Manage your own CRM workspace

  • Contribute to increased sales to new and existing customers

  • Participate in fairs and other events where we meet customers

In the current phase of growing our team we will need someone who is adaptable and willing to contribute to non-sales related tasks like;

  • Contribution to projects across the organization.

  • Improving the customer journey.

  • Contributing to developing the Norwegian Team and shaping our structure.

About you

The right candidate is preferred to have the following qualifications:

  • Genuine interest in, and preferably experience from sales and customer service

  • Relevant knowledge from agriculture or the agricultural sector

  • Experience in the use of computer tools as sales support

  • Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken

  • Economic understanding

  • Driving license class B
