We are seeking a building site controller for a long-term construction site assignment in Trondheim. If you thrive on both small and large challenges and have experience in working on construction sites involving multiple stakeholders and trades, we want to hear from you!

Your Tasks:

•    Rigging and operation tasks at a construction site
•    Responsible for all movement on the site
•    Manage deliveries and follow up on HSE (Health, Safety and Environment)
•    Hands-on physical work

This is a long-term assignment that offers great opportunities for development. You will be in charge of the construction site, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Requirements:

•    Experience with rigging/operation on construction sites
•    Professional background with strong organizational skills
•    Advantageous if you have rigging experience from other construction projects
•    Experience with construction site cleaning on-site is a plus

Personal Qualities:

•    A go-getter with a positive attitude, ready to take on challenges
•    Flexible, structured, and organized
•    Comfortable working under pressure and taking responsibility
•    Must be able to communicate in either English or a Scandinavian language
