We operate a modern horticulture farm specializing in the cultivation of raspberries. Our focus is on continuous development and fostering a positive working environment for our team. Located in Lier, just 40 km west of the capital Oslo, our farm offers a unique and fulfilling work experience.
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals who can efficiently harvest with both speed and precision. The primary requirement is a valid driver's license (B), and while prior agriculture experience is a plus, it is not mandatory.

Our seasonal operations run from July to September and we are looking for individuals available to work during this period. The specific duration and schedule will be discussed on an individual basis.

Job Requirements:

Proficient in spoken and written English

Job Tasks:

Manual harvesting of raspberries

General maintenance on the farm and with plants
Salary: Compensation is based on an hourly rate, with overtime pay for hours worked beyond the standard. At the end of the season, a “holiday bonus” will be provided, calculated as a percentage of your earnings during your tenure. We also pay out bonus to employees that pick over average. This is calculated after yield and effort of all employees.
