Project Engineer – Modification and Retrofit

Vard Electro`s Retrofit & Service unit seeks Project Engineer who will be responsible for engineering in modification projects. This includes overseeing project documentation preparation to ensure that it is completed in time and at full satisfaction of the customer. The person we are searching should have electrical background. You also need to have a problem-solving attitude – supporting Project Manager with project preparation and realization phases.

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsibility for project documentation
• Responsibility for technical coordination of our modification and retrofit projects
• Customer support
• Support for our Service Engineers
• Some travel must be expected

Qualifications

• College, Vocational School, Technical High School
• Relevant experience within electrical engineering
• Knowledge and experience in the job as a technical project manager or lead engineer for retrofit or modification, or new construction projects
• Good English knowledge, both oral and written
• Preferred experience within the maritime segment
