Contract Duration: Januar 2025 – May 2025
About the Role
One of our clients is planning a temporary increase in staffing to support production needs. To meet this demand, they will implement additional shifts at their facility.
The client is the leading supplier of zero-emission solutions for the maritime industry. They specialize in developing battery energy storage solutions and hydrogen fuel cell systems to reduce emissions from a wide range of applications, from ferries and offshore vessels to tankers and cruise ships.
The position, Production Operator, will involve operating and maintaining automated production equipment. Candidates will need to work a shift schedule (morning/evening/night) in a 3-5 shift arrangement. Additional shift and job details will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
Position Requirements
We are looking for candidates with relevant vocational qualifications and experience, specifically:
• Vocational Certificate in Production Technology, Automation, Industrial Mechanic, Industrial Installer, Industrial Food Production, Chemical Processing, Electrical (industrial focus), or CNC.
• Experience in production, ideally in automated settings; experience in industrial or industrial electrical environments is also valuable.
• No higher education required, although it is a plus.
• English or Norwegian language.
Responsibilities Include:
• Operating manual and automated production cells.
• Ensuring production processes adhere to established Work Instructions (WI).
• Managing the unpacking and organization of parts for efficient workflow.
• Participating in Lean projects and assisting with the arrangement of production areas.
• Conducting daily maintenance and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Focusing on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance, such as lubrication and parts replacement.
• Maintaining detailed documentation for equipment maintenance and repair logs.
Compensation Package
• Base Salary: NOK 274.31 per hour
• Additional Allowances:
o Trade certificate: +5% of base salary
o Technical college diploma: +10% of base salary
o Evening shift: +20% shift differential
o Night ahift +35% shift differential
o Overtime rates: 50%/100%
