Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing and managing the supplier network to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of FII-materials and services. This role involves negotiating terms, seeking cost savings, and planning purchases in alignment with project budgets and timelines. The Procurement Manager will lead the procurement team and ensure proactive, efficient operations in a global context.

Duties and responsibilities

• Find, quality and develop suppliers securing a robust supplier network according to Seaonics strategy
• Negotiate terms, establish frame agreements and seek cost savings opportunities
• Plan and execute purchases according to project budgets and timelines
• Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity of supply
• Maintain optimal inventory levels in coordination with the logistics team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a proactive and self-driven work environment

Qualifications

• University degree (3-5 years) in relevant field
• Relevant experience within Procurement, Supply chain management and sourcing
• Industry knowledge is beneficial
• Contracting and negotiation experience
• Experience with project management and planning
